Heather Doherty is our Outdoor School Coordinator.  She and her husband, Bradley, grew up in Boerne, TX.  She graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in finance but camp ministry and teaching have always been her passions.  She enjoys working with school groups and loves the opportunity to share camp with students that might not ever have the chance to attend a summer camp.  She believes that outdoor school has an incredible educational value for schools and students that attend.  However, the value goes beyond developing knowledge.  Outdoor school helps students develop social skills, deepen peer and teacher relationships, and grow characteristics such as responsibility, service and self-confidence.
