We want to do all we can to make camp available to all families. Realizing families have different abilities to pay, we are instituting a voluntary three-tier fee program. You may choose the tier that is most suitable to your family. No matter which tier you choose the experience is the same.
Tier I is our historically subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs. Tier II is our partially subsidized fee for those who can pay a little more but still cannot afford the actual cost of camp. Tier III more closely accounts for the true costs of camp including wear and tear of building and grounds. |

Permissionto Attend and Parent Authorization - Please read carefully
I hereby apply for reservation for my child at YMCA Camp Classen. I agree to paya $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for each session chosenwith this registration to guarantee a spot for Summer Camp 2010. Iunderstand that one session change is allowed without an extra fee but,$50/change will be added after the first change. If he/she is accepted forenrollment, I agree to pay the total camp dues BEFORE OPENING DAY OF THESESSION(S). I understand the terms covering payment of camp dues, and herebygive my approval and consent to the application. INCASE OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY, I hereby also give my permission to the physicianselected by the Camp Director to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for,and to order injection, anesthesia or surgery for my child. I accept theresponsibility for medical and surgical treatment charges which may be incurredon my child’s behalf.
